What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide analytic support for performance improvement and labor management initiatives
- Develop and maintain organizational labor standards and data reporting
- Lead the implementation of benchmarking and productivity solutions across the system
- Train and educate hospital leaders on productivity management systems and reports
- Analyze and evaluate labor management performance to enhance operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or healthcare
- Experience in healthcare productivity management, including understanding of benchmarking data
- Proficiency with API or Premier's Productivity Solution and Kronos' Time and Attendance Solution
- Familiarity with EPIC, Lawson, Meditech, and McKesson is highly desirable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Lean/Six Sigma certification or related experience
- Experience with Budget Systems
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
