      Job Description:

      As an Operations Analyst, you'll be the primary dispatcher for support cases and service projects assigned to the Cloud Operations team. You will oversee the governance of tools, systems, and cross-functional processes utilized within the department. As Operations Analyst you will undertake various project management responsibilities, which include communicating project information to stakeholders, tracking the progress of project activities, and collecting relevant data.

      Duties:
      • Confirm case details, including priority, and assign accordingly to Systems Engineer.
      • Collect and prioritize customer requirements and issues to align with departmental needs.
      • Participate in daily team and internal stakeholder calls.
      • Assist in maintaining Salesforce Dashboards and Reports.
      • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to manage projects by establishing expectations and priorities, engaging with decision-makers, and ensuring that all agreed deliverables are achieved.
      • Promote operational excellence, stability, and scalability by adhering to strict change control, and data governance.
      • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

      Skills & Other Requirements:
      • Two-three years of relevant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
      • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and core services (Compute, storage, networking, security)
      • Experience as technical administrator, business analyst, project coordinator or similar a plus.
      • Proficient experience with Salesforce is another plus.
      • Demonstrated expertise in the technical and configuration aspects of integrated business systems.
      • Experience in soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user requirements and feedback.
      • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for identifying, resolving, and communicating outcomes.
      • Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation.
      • Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
      • A proactive attitude and the capacity to excel in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
      • Outstanding time management capabilities.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team in a high-paced setting.
      • Designated remote workspace - this position is fully remote.
      • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm Eastern Time.
      • Consistently approaches tasks with enthusiasm and a positive, constructive mindset.
