What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with key business operations through video conferences, emails, and chat to coordinate project setup and vendor worker onboarding
- Collaborate with the execution team to process tasks such as project setup and amendments
- Coordinate onboarding efforts with multiple client teams to resolve requests
- Research and address questions related to the onboarding process, data, and policies
- Provide status updates on projects during regular business reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or consumer-focused communications
- Must reside within the Austin area
- Availability to work between 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday
- Ability to handle sensitive content with resilience and maturity
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
