What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site and virtual support in management of operations
- Serve as the expert trainer for new and existing team members in operational support roles
- Develop and maintain training materials and programs for each role
- Schedule and manage assigned training programs, including content creation and coordination
- Track performance measures post-training and maintain training records

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience within a healthcare setting
- Experience in Learning and Development, Project Management, and Staff Development
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate success in driving quality
- Proficiency with EMRs and data analytics software

- Excellent interpersonal skills for communication with all levels of staff
