      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide on-site and virtual support in the management of operations through a leadership perspective
      - Serve as the expert trainer for new and existing team members in operations support roles
      - Develop and maintain company standards and training materials/resources for each role
      - Schedule and manage assigned training programs, including coordination with subject matter experts
      - Track and review performance measures post-training completion and maintain training records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - 3-5 years of relevant work experience within a healthcare setting
      - Experience in Learning and Development, Project Management, and Staff Development
      - Proficiency with EMRs and data analytics software
      - Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including senior leadership

      - Demonstrated success in driving quality and standardization
      - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
      - Passion for coaching and developing others
      - Experience working in a supervisory role
