What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site and virtual support in the management of operations
- Serve as the expert trainer for new and existing team members in operations support roles
- Develop and maintain company standards and training materials for each role
- Schedule and manage assigned training programs, including content creation and delivery
- Track and review performance measures post-training completion

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience within a healthcare setting
- Experience in learning and development, project management, and staff development
- Proficiency with EMRs and data analytics software
- Excellent interpersonal skills for communication with all levels of staff, including senior leadership

- Demonstrated success in driving quality and standardization
- Previous supervisory experience
