The Operations and Logistics Coordinator will focus on writing and management of purchase orders, onboarding of vendors, and systemically creating Styles in our system. This position is located in the Houston, TX Home Office and will report to the Director of Logistics and Delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Purchase order (PO) creation via JDA software; 3 PO Types - Store, DTC, and Sneak Peak; track PO’s life cycle from creation to receipt.
• PO management - communicate and partner with Merchant Team, meeting deadlines for PO/Style creation; work with Vendors, Inventory Control Team, Logistics, and Receiving Manager to reconcile discrepancies.
• Vendor coordination and follow-up including risk reporting related to late shipments.
• Onboarding of new vendors working with internal cross functional departments securing required documents, verifying terms, and facilitating EDI set up.
• Utilize available tools to cross check work for accuracy and adjustments as needed.

What you bring:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. is highly recommended
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products: MS Word, Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Strong organizational skills
