      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first contact for instructors, handling phone calls and email inquiries
      - Address and resolve concerns from instructors and institutional clients
      - Utilize company software systems to maintain course operations and monitor student progress
      - Perform data entry and filing tasks as assigned
      - Manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of experience in office administration or equivalent
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
      - Professional telephone skills and experience with multi-line phones

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience with Microsoft Access or other database systems
      - Experience in customer service roles
      - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
