      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist Emergency Response Recruiters and Hiring Managers with job requirements and communication
      - Provide timely follow-up for needs and issues related to operations
      - Answer telephone calls and relay accurate messages to team members
      - Support the Operations team and assist with monthly accounting reports
      - Help with onboarding tasks, including running background checks and utilizing relevant systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - At least 1-3 years of clerical experience
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related administrative role
      - Familiarity with travel management systems or portals
      - Knowledge of accounting or financial reporting processes
      - Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently
