- Resolve hospital bills with workers’ compensation insurance plans
- Maintain timely and professional follow-up on account volume, primarily via phone
- Address and respond to denials from insurance companies to ensure accurate payment of submitted bills
- Prioritize inquiries from key stakeholders and assist with project-specific tasks and reporting
- Communicate regularly and effectively with key stakeholders and upper management
- Utilize our client software platforms to manage account information and workflow
- Experience working in healthcare
- Comfortable speaking and being on the phone for up to 90% of the time
- Interest in data and data entry

As our Operations Associate, Workers’ Compensation Revenue Management (WCRM) you will partner with hospital clients to manage their workers’ compensation receivables from billing to final collection. Every day you work directly with workers’ compensation insurance companies to help our hospital clients get paid for the care they provide. To thrive in this role, you must enjoy being on the phone and understand verifying insurance information and hospital billing follow-up.
