We are looking for two 12-month temporary Operation Assurance Clerks 1 (internally knowns as Operation Quality Assurance Clerk 1) to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

The Operations Quality Assurance Clerk 1 will provide financial support for the company as needed in the capacity of cost analysis, billing, payment processing and reconciliation. Reporting to Operations Quality Assurance Manager - ESC , other highlights include:

• Verify, dispute and/or authorize all supplier invoices and forward them to the accounting department for payment.
• Provide accurate cost projections to other departments on daily basis that includes analyzing all fees statements and charges.
• Review conditional sale contracts, bills of sale, and other documentation in order to ensure accuracy.
• Provide exact cost projections on specified files to ensure all costs are recovered.

What you’ll need:

• 2-3 years’ previous repossession services experience is considered an asset.
• Excellent computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel) including typing are mandatory.
