      Job Description:

      The Enterprise Correspondence (ECO) – Letter Setup & Implementation (LS&I) team manages letter content for new & existing clients in print and digital channels. LS&I partners with front line units (FLUs) and support areas to align strategic priorities and develop solutions to create, publish, and govern content change management needs. LS&I delivers for Consumer & Small Business Card, Deposits, Mortgage & Vehicle Servicing, and other product & servicing organizations.


      Responsibilities:

      As a member of our team, the candidate would manage all aspects of pre-development including but not limited to collaborating within ECO, technology, FLUs and governance approvers to onboard correspondence inventory to ECO. Drive content revisions in support of inventory reduction and consistent client experience. Gather requirements and partner with Marketing to support client rewrite process for prioritization and efficiency. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of requirements provided for development. Support build out and tracking of templates to Onboarding System for reporting and control purposes.

      • Prioritize workload, work with short deadlines and perform well under pressure
      • Identify, solve, or escalate issues in order to ensure timelines are met
      • Confidence and experience leading calls, meetings, and strategy sessions with medium sized audiences
      • Communicating with senior leadership
      • Excellent time management
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Pro
      • Issue management ability to identify, diagnose and resolve production issues in collaboration with partners

      Desired Skills:

      • Skillset to influence stakeholders at various levels of leadership
      • Jira and Agile methodology
      • Experience utilizing enterprise systems including Messagepoint, C3/PAS, and SWFT
      • 5+ years of project management or operational management skills or related experience
      • Operational process or process design experience
      • Previous writing experience, specifically letter management
      • Proven ability to establish and develop interpersonal relationships and work collaboratively with multiple levels of the organization, cross-functional teams, and across multiple work locations
