What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in financial operations, cryptocurrency custody, or broker-dealer operations
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency operations, custody systems, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in broker-dealer operations holding Series 7, 24, and 4 licenses (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
