Job summary
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Operations manager to help lead our dedicated team in providing the best quality care for our patients, and support in the management of the business in collaboration with the GP Partners and Business Manager.The position attracts a competitive salary and access to the NHS pension scheme. Salary is depending on experience.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an individual that will ideally have strong management experience with excellent communication and organisational skills. The ability to use ones initiative and independently make decisions is pivotal to the role, as is the ability to engage effectively with external agencies.

We are a forward thinking and progressive practice, constantly working to improve standards, the patient journey and clinical outcomes.
Our clinical workforce consists of 3 GP Partners and 5 Salaried GPs, Paramedic Practitioner as well as 2 Practice Nurses and 2 Health Care Assistants, 7 receptionists and a secretary.

Leading and participating in the development of the practice (people, information and planning) to ensure the practice is operating as an efficient and effective provider of patient care. Effective communication and collaboration with healthcare providers and administrative staff is essential. Streamline workflows, implement quality improvement initiatives to optimise patient care delivery. Ensuring a high-quality service and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
