What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide management and oversight of all activities related to cost, schedule, and technical performance
- Manage technical and administrative staff, ensuring effective program execution
- Serve as a key customer contact, leading program review sessions and updating clients on project status
- Develop and track contract deliverables to ensure timely delivery
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job requisitions, interviews, and onboarding
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a US Citizen able to obtain and maintain at least a SECRET clearance
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills from previous work experience
- Strong customer service orientation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of different types of government contracts and execution strategies
- Familiarity with government regulations related to government contracting
- Extraordinary educational background or uniquely applicable experience
