      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage daily operations of the call center to ensure efficiency and compliance
      - Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational effectiveness
      - Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular operational reports
      - Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and staff for high performance
      - Address escalated issues and provide effective solutions for customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a BPO environment
      - Fluent in both Spanish and English
      - Proven experience in leading teams in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
