What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise plant operators and Lead Machinist to align production, maintenance, and repair priorities
- Participate in on-site troubleshooting, repairs, or maintenance activities, available 24/7 for emergencies
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of industrial processing plant operations and/or wastewater treatment plant operations
- Effective communication skills for documenting operations
- Ability to analyze and evaluate field data
- Experience in a workplace with multiple labor unions and trades
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

- Previous management experience in a similar industrial environment
- Familiarity with environmental compliance regulations
