      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and manage key projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across the franchise network
      - Conduct meetings via Microsoft Teams or phone to complete onboarding activities with new owners
      - Update Salesforce with changes and updates related to onboarding
      - Act as a resource for new owners and their staff, providing necessary support and resources
      - Monitor electronic onboarding process checklists and assess program changes for better success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or two years of Human Resources experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with urgency
      - Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information
      - Proficient in all MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Knowledgeable in Salesforce, RightSignature, and Adobe

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a franchise or similar operational environment
      - Strong project management skills with a proven track record
      - Previous experience in onboarding or training roles
      - Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
