What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead automation of joint appointment procedures using various digital tools
- Ensure data integrity and manage digital files for reimbursement agreements and appointments
- Support users in the adoption and effective use of joint appointment management systems
- Prepare and communicate joint appointment data, including monthly invoices and special reports
- Assist with pre- and post-award activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum five years of experience in sponsored research administration in an academic environment
- Background with National Laboratories and knowledge of applicable Federal Circulars
- Experience with systems such as AURA, UCPlan, GEMS, and Workday
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with project management software like Smartsheet
