What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- On-board client referrals and prepare all foreclosure FDCPA letters
- Conduct data entry and data interpretation for mortgage documents
- Review payment history of loans and order title searches while monitoring for receipt
- Communicate with clients via email and client systems, assisting with inquiries
- Assist with other duties and special projects as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required in any field
- Excellent communication skills with clients and internal staff
- Default/Foreclosure/Title knowledge preferred; Georgia Notary training provided
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office products
- Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload efficiently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with BKFS, Tempo, and Equator platforms highly preferred
- Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills while working at a fast pace
- Previous experience in a similar role within the legal or financial services industry
