What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Update and maintain account documentation, ensuring accuracy and organization of files and information systems
- Assist Underwriters and other internal departments with general clerical duties as needed
- Perform policy administration for residential and commercial lines, including quoting, binding, and endorsements
- Handle data entry and clearance for new business and renewal accounts
- Support mailroom tasks related to incoming physical and digital mail

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of industry or operational experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Teams (Access and SQL a plus)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
