What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Collaborate with the National Operations Center to implement standardized workflows
- Support the technology setup and optimization of systems for Washington state operations
- Provide training and guidance on Washington state procedures to national teams
- Maintain thorough documentation of operational procedures and updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in the real estate or title industry
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and optimizing workflows
- Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in technology platforms and tools to enhance operational efficiency
