What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise production employees and oversee production and shipping schedules
- Provide mentorship and coaching to employees while addressing employee relations issues
- Ensure compliance with established policies and regulations within the plant
- Support cost control initiatives and monitor plant performance in partnership with the Plant Manager
- Drive safety improvements and maintain operational excellence across the plant

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, or equivalent
- Prior experience in a plant supervisory role within an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong customer focus and people management capabilities
- Experience managing safety performance and programs
- Understanding of supply chain practices and data analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Lean & Six Sigma certification
- Familiarity with private fleet management and transportation
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
