What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise the work of all production employees and oversee production and shipping schedules
- Provide mentorship and coaching to employees while addressing employee relations issues
- Ensure compliance with established policies and drive cost control initiatives
- Review operations activities to maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Identify Lean opportunities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent
- Prior experience in a plant supervisory role in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong customer focus orientation and people management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage safety performance
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Lean & Six Sigma certification
- Familiarity with private fleet management/transportation
- Experience managing employee relations successfully
- Understanding of supply chain practices and metrics
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
