What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the business to identify operations and processes, writing procedures that detail team processes
- Manage a procedure inventory and actively escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
- Develop and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and government regulations
- Consult with business and technology teams to improve customer and agent experiences through process improvement and automation
- Initiate and manage projects to implement system enhancements and develop process automation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of field customer service experience
- In lieu of education, 2+ years of technical writing experience
- Lean, Six Sigma, and/or demonstrated process improvement expertise

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology
- 1+ years of technical writing experience
- 2+ years of financial services experience
