Manage multiple, concurrent implementation/enhancement projects with high degrees of complexity and system analysis at any given time
Lead implementation/enhancement activities such as requirements gathering, technical writing, system analysis, data design, data validation, application testing, monitoring of deliverables/tasks, post launch warranty
Own client interactions/communications in implementation/enhancement projects
Guide clients to the best solutions and data architecture/design in high complexity implementation/enhancement projects
Lead high value data COE process improvement projects
Train and lead lesser experienced data analysts
Prioritize and manage tasks effectively using time management skills
Demonstrate critical thinking skills and understanding of conditional logic
Communicate effectively; across multiple departments and to leadership as necessary
Demonstrate general understanding of Agile Methodology
Demonstrate knowledge of end-to-end member, provider, authorization and other ancillary data exchanges
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of system/data analysis experience required
Competent level of understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and API's of assigned modules
Solid understanding of conditional logic
Demonstrated advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to travel to client sites as required
Strong communication skills (interfacing between external and internal stakeholders)
Strong organizational, time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of healthcare industry data standards and formats – X12, HL7, FHIR, etc. JSON, XML, Custom Delimited, etc.is a plus
eviCore is currently seeking two Systems Operations Lead Analysts. The Lead Analyst is responsible for gathering data requirements across several disparate systems and compiling them into a comprehensive functional set of requirements for presentation to internal and external stakeholders. This role will serve as a bridge between business and IT and therefore will require strong communication skills. This position will work with business and IT counterparts to manage multiple, concurrent client implementation and enhancement projects. This position will collaborate with project management team to keep track of data deliverables, issues, risks and dependencies for any assigned projects. The Lead Analyst will also be responsible for identifying and leading data process improvement initiatives. This position will ultimately be a technical role – requiring system analysis, technical requirements writing, data validation and both internal and external cross-departmental interfacing.

*This role has a hybrid designation. If hired in a near a location where there is no eviCore office, your designation will be remote on an interim basis.*
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 72,100 - 120,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
