Identifies global processes to improve overall performance of region and defines innovative measurements of performance standards to integrate corporate strategies. u00A0 - Demonstrates strong business acumen and knowledge of staffing, capacity, ROI, budget, margins, service and product offerings, to implement and drive strategic and relevant operational outcomes. u00A0
- Delivers products and initiatives supporting strategic goals. u00A0
- Reviews best practices and holistic effectiveness of systems, support, and structure. u00A0
- Strategically identifies and solves complex problems effectively with an emphasis on developing proactive approaches utilizing internal (corporate and regional) support. u00A0
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively manage complex multiple lines of service and clients. u00A0
- Provides effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring at the Sr. DCO and AVP level. u00A0
- Establishes regular communication across Sr. DCO an AVP team and region to ensure effective cascade of information. u00A0
- Coordinates and productively facilitates communication across the entire region and effectively navigates through multi-layer client relationships (vendors, consultants, etc). u00A0
- Executive sponsor and business partner for sales process. u00A0
- May attend annual strategic client meetings and/or provide feedback and insight in preparation. u00A0
- Scope of responsibility: Total sales revenue supported: $100M; Total number of employees supervised (direct and indirect): 500; Number of locations responsible for: 100 u00A0
- Bacheloru2019s degree; masteru2019s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience with a significant business focus)u00A0
- 15+ yearsu2019 experience in a business environment or related industry, managing othersu00A0
- Healthcare experience managing in a medical, pharmacy, fitness or other similar environment preferred.u00A0
- Experience in an Operations function desiredu00A0u00A0
- Demonstrated ability to manage a broad range of responsibilities and communicate effectively across multiple functional areasu00A0
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing virtual staffu00A0
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skillsu00A0
- Prior financial and budgetary responsibilityu00A0
- Excellent time management and organization skills.u00A0
- Excellent people management, strategy and execution skillsu00A0
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skillsu00A0
- Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, operations and deliveryu00A0
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory environment relative to onsite operations. Knowledge of current industry and legal issuesu00A0
- Prior budget and P&L responsibilityu00A0
- Demonstrated experience with medical information management systemsu00A0
- Knowledge of Workersu2019 Compensation, Medicare and/or clinical standards of practice, preferred.
