What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate and engage with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals regarding aspects of care
- Collect health outcomes data and document registry information
- Provide patient and/or family/caregiver education for self-management and independent living
- Support treatment regimen adherence and medication management
- Identify community and health resources for patient support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of work experience in eye care
- Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COA) or Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT)
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work remotely with reliable WiFi access
- Must have a home office or HIPAA-compliant workspace
