What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide superior customer service by responding to requests for technical assistance via phone and other contact channels
- Direct callers through step-by-step actions to resolve their issues
- Determine if escalations to higher-level IT support are necessary
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for common hardware and software issues
- Maintain current knowledge of system information, changes, and updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience in an IT help desk or IT support function
- CompTIA A+, HDI Support Center Analyst, or equivalent certification or IT-related degree required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Call center experience
- Ability to effectively multitask
- MRPT clearance
- Excellent customer service skills
