What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide superior customer service by responding to technical assistance requests via phone and other contact channels
- Guide callers through step-by-step actions to resolve their issues
- Determine when to escalate calls to higher-level IT support
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for common hardware and software issues
- Maintain current knowledge of system information, changes, and updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in the English language (written and verbal)
- U.S. Citizen; Michigan Resident
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience in an IT help desk or IT support function
- CompTIA A+, HDI Support Center Analyst, or equivalent certification or IT-related degree required
