      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform post-award functions, including award setup, budget distributions, expense monitoring, and labor distribution transfers
      - Interface directly with sponsors and related entities to ensure compliance
      - Review and approve payroll and expense transactions for accuracy and completeness
      - Maintain regular communication with departments and funding sources
      - Provide education and training to principal investigators and administrators

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent; Associates in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
      - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including 1 year of research administration experience
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel
      - Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

      - Knowledge of institutional systems and processes
      - Experience using data entry with minimal errors
      - Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work under pressure
      - Skill in maintaining records, files, reports, and correspondence accurately
      - Understanding of Federal regulations related to Research Administration
