What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical expertise in developing and maintaining ERP systems, including Oracle PeopleSoft and UKG Kronos
- Support day-to-day operations of Student, Institutional Financial, and Human Resources systems software
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and analysts to ensure system functionality and performance
- Analyze existing systems and coordinate the implementation of software solutions
- Participate in evaluating enhancements in hardware and software and make recommendations to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
- Minimum of three years of related experience in database installation, programming, and maintenance
- Working knowledge of SQL, NT server management, query tools, and relational databases
- Experience with Oracle databases, UNIX/LINUX, and UKG Kronos systems
- On-call support availability on a rotating schedule

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Three or more years of experience with SQL Server Database Administration and PeopleSoft System Database Administration
- Familiarity with PeopleTools and application servers
- Interest and experience in cloud application implementation and configuration
- Experience in a top-tier support database administration team
- Knowledge of security protocols and internal controls
