- Associate's degree in relevant field
- 3 years of equivalent work experience
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Gmail, Sheets/Numbers/Excel
- Experience with logistics, international shipping, and ERP systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with aftermarket automotive space
- Experience with Netsuite, ShipStation, and demand planning systems
