What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with client application leads and third-party application leads to analyze functional and technical requirements
- Lead design discussion sessions with IT and business resources to communicate core application functionality and impacts of design changes
- Participate in the AG PRP1 B2B project, maintaining project plans, attending meetings, conducting reviews, and supporting testing
- Assist with gathering file examples and testing POS integrations from AG Oracle 11i to Oracle Fusion
- Collaborate with system owners and business teams to transform requirements into design documents and perform functional user testing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing integrations between Oracle on-prem and third-party systems
- Proven ability to work with business users and IT teams to understand requirements and create design documents
- Experience in defining and documenting technical and functional requirements, as well as leading users through testing cycles
- Strong verbal and communication skills for user-facing interactions
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with order management, inventory, and warehouse management concepts
- Familiarity with IBM Sterling and Direct Order Management (DOM) integrations
- Previous involvement in large-scale B2B projects
