What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day social media posting and asset dissemination across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Develop and execute engaging social-first content that aligns with brand differentiators
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to produce social media assets, including short videos
- Engage with the digital community and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Analyze social content performance and present findings and best practices monthly

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in managing social content and platforms
- Deep understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Knowledge of social management platforms such as Sprout Social or similar
- Experience with in-app social media metrics and reporting
- Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with influencer marketing and outreach
- Familiarity with content creation tools and graphic design software
