What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner closely with leadership and HR teams to execute performance management processes
- Pull and analyze data to identify strategic talent priorities and provide insights
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources for performance cycles
- Coordinate online training events and manage documentation in SharePoint and Teams
- Support communications for Organizational Effectiveness programs and participate in L&D projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in program management, talent management, organizational development, or business
- Experience with performance management and/or learning and development processes
- Experience with HRIS and/or LMS systems is desirable
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Outstanding change management skills and excellent communication abilities
