      Key purpose of the role

      Under coordination of the Orientation & Admission - Supervisor autonomously manages the processes and the orientation and admission activities set in order to achieve the assigned commercial targets.

      1. Orientation & Admission Activities – Under the coordination of the Supervisor, it manages the activities of taking lead management following the first qualification action by the "Information Center" department and follow-up activities aimed at perfecting the registration: orientation interviews, periodic recontact actions on leads as established in the CRM flows, accompaniment of the potential student in the registration process, control of applications for admission and verification of the existence of the necessary requirements, providing feedback to prospects with

      respect to the documents submitted. Implements and manages actions to support potential students in activities functional to the completion of enrollment: useful information on accommodation solutions, procedures for obtaining a visa, completion of the payment of school fees. Takes care about pipeline evaluation and all the activities that increases the conversion rate.

      2. Retail Support – Independently manages the activities of support to the agencies, regarding the orientation and admission process.

      3. Promotional activities – It supports in the organization and manages autonomously information and orientation activities for potential students on-line and on-site in the area (e.g. open days, open weeks, open lessons, fairs, orientations in schools). It also manages the scholarship assignment activities, supporting the correct management of the process (receiving documents, sending to PL for evaluation), with the aim of leading to the finalization of the enrolment.

      4. Reporting & Ownership projects – Prepare periodic reports for monitoring results (data analysis).

      Manages the execution of specific projects aimed at improving qualitative results (e.g. training, management of Scholarship campaigns, etc.) and contribute to the improvement of the customer experience.

      Skills

      • Previous experiences in Luxury sales Area;
      • English proficiency. The knowledge of other languages is a plus;
      • Proficiency in Office Suite and Salesforce;
      • Passionate about Fashion;
      • Ability to work in team;
      • Focused on result and goal oriented
