      Healthcare Clinical Evaluator Senior Advisor

      At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Healthcare Clinical Evaluator Senior Advisor supporting North Carolina Medicaid, you will be trusted to adjudicate orthodontic prior approval requests to determine if the request is deemed medically necessary. In this role, a typical day will include:

      • Collaborating with North Carolina Medicaid to adjudicate prior approval requests for orthodontics services.
      • Provide orthodontic expertise and guidance to North Carolina Medicaid Dental Director and GDIT Dental Director
      • Your success will be measured through delivery of quality prior approval reviews defined by service level agreements

      WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

      • Doctor of Dental Science (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD)
      • Active North Carolina Dental License in good standing with the North Carolina State Dental Board
      • Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency
      • 10 Years of relevant clinical experience in orthodontics

      The likely hourly rate for this position is between $144.50 - $195.50. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
