What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define OSINT business flows, sequencing, and process flowcharts
- Gather user stories to drive feature development
- Be the subject matter expert on OSINT standards, practices, norms, policies, and laws
- Prepare and deliver system capability briefs
- Organize and lead system demonstrations to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in intelligence community operations, system engineering or related field
- Must possess TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph
- At least 3 years' direct experience working within the OSINT field
- Expert knowledge of industry practices, advanced techniques, and solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with creating design packages and workflows
- Experience/knowledge of key Agile processes and techniques
- Software development/coding experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, and React
- Scaled Agile Framework certification (SAFe Agilist or other)
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous development tools
