      Job Responsibilities:

      • Under direct supervision, the OTC Process Specialist supports the Opportunity to Cash (OTC) Global Business Services (GBS) prepares comprehensive proposals and bid preparation for customer evaluation
      • Utilizes technical knowledge of company services in analyzing job requirements
      • Proofreads, edits, and reviews written proposal material during proposal effort to ensure customer defined requirements are met
      • Develop through understanding of the relevant PSL and their products & Services
      • Computer literacy with Excel and including other Microsoft office applications
      • Ability to format each proposal according to team guidelines
      • Grow in the role, teach back when needed and continuously learn new product lines
      • Research, write and organize data with the ability to convey complex PSL procedures & designs in an understandable manner
      • At least one year of field or other relevant experience is preferred
      • Manage service delivery and meet customer requirements. Should ensure customer satisfaction and process excellence
      • Demonstrate skills learnt and complete all competencies set for assigned position
      • Promotes and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations


      Requirements

      • A high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience working in a professional office environment are required
      • A Bachelor's Degree in Business and previous experience working in the oil and gas industry, specifically in business development, field operations, or field engineering are preferred
      • Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirement will receive consideration for higher-level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available from OTC Process Specialist up to the OTC Senior Process Specialist
