What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer to schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
- Follow approved scripts to explain services and address member questions professionally
- Meet daily productivity goals including outbound dials and appointment setting
- Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed for both members and providers
- Monitor and report performance metrics to ensure alignment with department goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience or 2 years of general work experience required
- Experience in an outbound call center or metrics-driven environment preferred
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule and manage multiple systems while making calls

- Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Familiarity with using auto dialers and scripts
- Demonstrated ability to treat all health plan members with professional courtesy
- Strong computer skills for multitasking during calls
- Proficiency in English language skills
