What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience required
- Previous outbound call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a metrics-driven environment
- Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
