      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
      - Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
      - Meet daily productivity and quality goals in both office and remote environments
      - Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as requested by members and providers
      - Monitor performance metrics and report member complaints to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
      - 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
      - Previous experience in a high-volume outbound call center environment preferred
      - Strong communication skills and ability to maintain a professional demeanor
      - Proficient computer skills with the ability to multitask during calls

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with auto-dialer systems and using scripts in a metrics-driven environment
      - Ability to handle rebuttals while providing courteous service to health plan members
      - A strong desire to work in a results-oriented outbound call center setting
