      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
      - Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries professionally and courteously
      - Meet daily productivity goals, including outbound dials and appointments set
      - Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as requested by members and providers
      - Monitor performance metrics and report member complaints to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
      - At least 1 year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience
      - Experience in an outbound call center or high-volume environment preferred
      - Strong communication skills and ability to treat members with professional courtesy
      - Proficiency in using multiple computer systems while making calls

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with auto dialer systems and scripted calls
      - Desire to work in a results-oriented call center environment
      - Friendly and conversational demeanor with good listening skills
      - Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule
