What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer, explain, and schedule healthcare evaluations
- Follow approved scripts and ensure members understand terms while responding to rebuttals professionally
- Meet daily productivity goals including outbound dials and appointments set
- Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as requested by members and providers
- Monitor and report performance results using designated reporting systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience required
- Previous experience in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to treat all members with professional courtesy
- Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start, breaks, and end times

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous outbound call center experience with an auto dialer and/or using scripts
- Desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented environment
