      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer, explain, and schedule healthcare evaluations
      - Follow approved scripts and ensure members understand the terms, addressing rebuttals professionally
      - Meet daily productivity goals in a remote or office environment
      - Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed
      - Monitor performance metrics and report member complaints promptly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
      - At least 1 year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
      - Previous experience in a high-volume outbound call center environment preferred
      - Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition
      - Strong computer skills and ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience using an auto dialer and working with scripts
      - Proven ability to work efficiently in a results-oriented environment
      - Experience in customer service or healthcare settings
