What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze vendor file layouts and collaborate with programmers for new file builds and changes
- Write detailed business requirements and facilitate communication with vendors and clients
- Create test plans and scenarios for outbound files, documenting results and ensuring accuracy
- Review and audit production files to ensure turnover accuracy and compliance with requirements
- Collaborate with team members and external customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the insurance or TPA industry in a technical role with EDI files
- Strong understanding of EDI terminology and file structures
- Proficient in SQL and comparison tools, such as UltraEdit
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on customer service

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with Excel and Word
