What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Collaborate with peers both within and outside the organization to enhance client experiences
- Retain new business accounts through timely follow-up and renewal activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of media sales experience
- Proven experience in a customer care environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; bilingual is a plus
- Strong professional demeanor with outstanding phone etiquette
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven and technology-savvy selling environment
