      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Meet daily call benchmarks and convert leads into successful move-ins
      - Collaborate with team members to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior phone sales and remote work experience preferred
      - Ability to multitask while engaging in phone conversations and taking notes
      - Strong organizational skills to manage a large lead base with intensive follow-up
      - No prior experience in the senior living industry is required
      - Availability to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed
