What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to families to guide them in their search for senior living communities
- Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
- Schedule tours and provide referrals to families throughout the decision-making process
- Meet daily call benchmarks and convert leads into move-ins
- Provide ongoing support to families while following up on their needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior phone sales and remote work experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task, including talking on the phone while taking notes
- Ability to manage a large lead base with intensive follow-up
- Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude
